Print works
This project created in 2011 and gathering a series of fine printed final art pieces developed for a restaurant & bar family owned company and under special commission.
In this case, the company's graphic design line responded to a completely different style, the Japanese oriental so invoking the most related symbolisms and icons from that culture like the bamboo plant, the samurai warrior or even the symmetric modular shapes from its architecture, could work as a common corporate image and identity selection best suited for a sushi bar & restaurant.
So the most interesting assignment to this project were the walls vinyl dye cut decal decorations which consisted of matte black bamboo forest silhouettes perfectly scaled and cut using cutter plotting machine and placed stuck on 2 big walls painted in dark bluish grey finished colour for a real stand out whenever distance sighting.
Again, trying to maintain the graphic style and design line under the same identity elements, other interesting pieces were designed like promotional banner rollups and flyer campaigns, fridge magnets as promotional material among others.
