This was a web project developed for a private architecture, construction & real estate firm in Caracas, Venezuela and started from July 2014 to mid terms of year 2016.

The objective was to build a customized website for promoting this residential complex located south-east on a beautiful hill area of the city.

The website, besides offering information about the residences, the representing firm and their building trajectory, critical contact information with a special request form for unit reservation upon appointment via email, also displayed beautifully each and every apartment unit models from the first tower of the residential complex, all 8 floors and each unit available or reserved per floor, with nice 3D rendered sketch plans introduced from a Grey box gallery one could see every detail of the products offered, in this case apartments.

Initial brief sketch design of all templates according to original logo and colour palette, content layout, development and programming of templates with extra simple UX / UI elements and navigation panels.

On 2016 upon client request the whole website structure was renewed and changed into 100% fully responsive and adaptive structure, making this project one of my latest customized web works.
